Clinical Pharmacist Highlights

• Location: Remote / Work From Home (Florida residents)
• The pay for this position is: $66.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling; hours based on business needs (role notes indicate full-time need, but the hiring manager may consider part-time)
• Remote position (Florida)
• This position is a Temporary role
• Openings: 2
• End date on assignment: Oct 2027

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls (notes indicate high call volume , up to ~100 calls/day).
• Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR) .
• Deliver Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services.
• Provide in-depth consultations on statin medication use per AHA guidelines .
• Accurately and efficiently transcribe prescription, diagnosis, and recommendation data into a third-party, web-based application (data provided via hard copy and/or SignifyHealth application).
• Attend training sessions to enhance MTM/CMR-related skills.

Requirements

• Active/valid Florida Pharmacist License (client request: include a screenshot at the top of the resume).
• 4+ years of experience as a clinical MTM pharmacist (management experience preferred).
• Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures , specifically SUPD, SPC, and CMR .
• Clinical experience in medication review .
• Strong medical/pharmaceutical vocabulary and documentation accuracy.

Preferred / Additional

• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Must be tech savvy .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
