Pharmacy Services & Delivery DriverNow offering a $1,000 new hire sign on bonus!Shift/Schedule40 hours per week.Monday through Friday. Typically an 8 hour shift with a start time between 2:30 am and 4:00 am.Weekend, holiday and on call work as needed.Candidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, hours, come in early, stay late, or work overtime based on business needs.This position is benefit eligible the first day of employment. This includes medical, dental, vision, Paid Time Off, education assistance, 401K and more!ResponsibilitiesPrepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl)Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containersUses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigationProcesses packages returned from customer locationsMaintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairsPerforms general facility cleaning and other duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehicleMust hold a valid driver's licenseComfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hoursAbility to manage weight up to 75 poundsAbility to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods of timeAbility to work weekends, on call, holidays, overtime, alternate days/shifts, or be in a rotationComfortable working in a nuclear environmentAbility to use computers and tabletsStrong customer service and communication skillsPrior delivery driving experience a plusHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferredBasic proficiency in English is required, including being able to read and write in English in order to process documents.May require vendor credentialingPay rate: $17.00 per hourBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.Medical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off planHealth savings account (HSA)401k savings planAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPayFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Short- and long-term disability coverageWork-Life resourcesPaid parental leaveHealthy lifestyle programsCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
