This individual has the ability to work well independently with little guidance as well as work in a team environment.Job Duties:Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on equipmentFollow tasks and directions given by crew leaderCommunicate effectively with management and other team membersAssist in the maintenance of buildings and equipment ensuring they are in appropriate conditionFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbookConduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of R.D.
